EFTA is the European Free Trade Association: Iceland, Liechtenstein, Norway and Switzerland. Its members are outside the EU and have their own Mercosur agreement. Dates and conditions can therefore differ.
27 countries · one Mercosur agreement
4 countries · a separate Mercosur agreement

| EFTA · Iceland ↔ Uruguay; Norway ↔ Uruguay and Brazil | 01/11/2026 | These relationships are active. Verify the specific concession before quoting. |

Do German and Swiss machines receive the same treatment?
Not necessarily. A machine of EU origin shipped to Brazil is assessed under EU–Mercosur. A machine of Swiss origin does not receive that treatment because its group is headquartered in Germany. The goods’ origin, destination and applicable conditions matter.
Before confirming the price
